Isabel Fredricks provides programmatic and administrative support to PHR’s Program on Sexual Violence in Conflict Zones and coordinates closely with PHR’s field office teams in Kenya and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Before joining PHR, Fredricks held a year-long internship as an assistant to the secretary general of the International Catholic Centre of Geneva. During her time in Geneva, Fredricks also worked on a project to develop a new international body to govern the employment of artificial intelligence at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy. Most recently, Fredricks completed a fellowship to work in France teaching English as a foreign language in public middle schools.
Fredricks holds a BA in Government and French Studies from Smith College and speaks French fluently.
