Kristin Auerbach is a seasoned development consultant recognized for her ability to conceptualize, develop, and manage comprehensive fundraising programs, including board development and management, major gift solicitation, special events, membership, and direct marketing campaigns.
Prior to joining the board of PHR, Auerbach served as PHR’s Chief Development Officer, providing vision and leadership to the organization’s ambitious $24 million fundraising campaign, annual Gala event, and individual giving initiatives.
Auerbach has worked with a number of non-profit organizations, including helping to build and manage development programs at the New York Restoration Project, where she launched and led a successful $40 million campaign, and at the Ramaz School, where she oversaw a $90 million capital and endowment campaign through completion. Before her work in the nonprofit sector, Auerbach worked as an account executive at Bayard Advertising.
Auerbach graduated summa cum laude with university honors, including the Koster Award for Excellence, from Adelphi University. She lives in New York with her husband, Peter, and two children, Sallie and Harry.
