In her role as digital director, Michelle Wilczynski is responsible for all elements of PHR’s digital fundraising, advocacy, and communications strategy. She helps identify and execute high-impact digital campaigns that excite and engage PHR members and grow the network of activists and financial supporters. She brings to this role more than 10 years of cross-channel digital marketing and project management expertise.
Prior to joining PHR, Wilczynski led the client services team at Firefly Partners, where she helped nonprofits amplify their impact by employing data-driven digital fundraising and engagement strategies and by helping drive technology innovation and adoption. In addition to developing and growing the agency’s digital marketing services, she also provided strategic direction and project management for select client engagements. Prior to this, Wilczynski served as senior communications associate at National Skills Coalition, where she helped craft and communicate workforce development policy and advocacy messages to stakeholders, the press, and the public using digital channels.
Wilczynski holds an MA from the School of Social Service Administration at the University of Chicago and a BA from American University in International Relations and History.
