As Deputy Director of Major Gifts at Physicians for Human Rights (PHR), Olga Palinkasev Gregorian leads the strategy for cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major donors in support of PHR’s work. With more than 20 years of experience in the international nonprofit sector, she brings strategic leadership expertise in major gifts, donor engagement and communications, institutional partnerships, and corporate relations. She joined PHR in 2026.
Prior to joining PHR, Olga held senior development and program roles at Malteser International Americas, the World Bank, and the Institute of International Education’s Scholar Rescue Fund. At Malteser International Americas, she created the organization’s first integrated marketing and development strategy, aligning fundraising and communications under one plan. A native of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Olga’s career spans work in Spain, France, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the United States across humanitarian aid, health, education, refugee support, and security.
Olga holds a BA and MA in English and Italian Philology from Complutense University of Madrid and an MA in International Relations from the University of Strasbourg in France. She is fluent in Spanish, French, and Italian, and speaks Bosnian/Serbian/Croatian as her native language.
