In countries around the world, landmines continue to exact a deadly toll even years after the end of the conflicts that sowed them.
International human rights law explicitly prohibits the use of weapons like chemical agents and landmines that kill indiscriminately and terrorize entire populations. PHR has been in the forefront of exposing the use and documenting the health impact of these killers.
