As Deputy Director of Human Resources, Janet Lyall manages the total employee life cycle, including onboarding, compensation, and development, recruiting top talent, implementing effective solutions, and supporting other HR functions of the organization. She is also a member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.
Lyall joined PHR as a Human Resources Generalist contractor in October 2021. Prior to joining PHR, she worked in various industries, including insurance, aerospace, and health care staffing. In these positions, she led projects focused on process improvement, compliance and audit, employee engagement, retention, and various other HR management initiatives.
Lyall holds a BA in Liberal Arts from Central Connecticut State University and is currently pursuing her SHRM Certification. She enjoys playing and coaching tennis, tutoring kids, volunteering at nonprofits, and staying active in her free time. She is fluent in Punjabi and speaks Hindi and Spanish.
