Nicole Diaz-Baez assists all accounting functions at PHR and supports the finance and grant managers with financial reporting, audits, and special project requests across the organization.
Prior to joining PRH, Diaz-Baez was the staff accountant at the nonprofit International Cinematographers Guild Local 600, IATSE, where she led all accounting functions, including recording all the financial activity, preparing supporting schedules relevant to audits, LM2, Form 5500s and Form 990s. She was previously staff accountant at Uhuru Design, where she mentored and trained customer service associates, project managers, and sales managers to ensure strong work performance; she also developed innovative order processes and procedures that were adopted by the company and remain in use today.
Diaz-Baez grew up in Brooklyn, NY and has a BA in economics from Fordham University.
