Edith Onyango is the Managing Partner of Amised Enterprises. She founded the company in 2016 after over 14 years working with BirdLife International in the realm of Human Resource Management, Finance, and Administration.
Prior to joining BirdLife International, Onyango worked at Shelter Afrique as a bilingual secretary in English and French for a period of two years. She started Amised Enterprises, a catering and events management company, out of a long-time dream of becoming an entrepreneur in the events industry. Amised Enterprises provides catering solutions to Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs), non-governmental organizations, as well as corporate enterprises. Onyango obtained a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Human Resource Management from the University of South Africa (UNISA) in 2011 and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Kenya College of Accountancy (KCA) University in 2013. Additionally, she also holds a Diploma in Secretarial Studies from Strathmore College.
