Elizeba Owange

Elizeba Owange provides programmatic, administrative, training, logistical, and advocacy support for the Program on Sexual Violence in Conflict Zones in Kenya. She manages and nurtures the growing pool of trainers within local networks and supports interventions to be considered in cross-sectoral trainings. She also supports internal administrative and financial needs and handles logistics for PHR’s trainings on the collection and documentation of court-admissible evidence of sexual violence.

Owange has more than 13 years of experience in program management, organizational development, and executive and administrative support. She previously worked at Care International and CABI in Kenya as a program support and administration and projects support officer. Prior to that, she worked as an independent consultant, helping clients set up small and micro enterprises that can reach operational capacity.

Owange holds a BA in community development from Daystar University, and a diploma in human resource managemeniness administration from the Kenya Institute of Management Studies. She is fluent in English and Kiswahili.
