As the Human Resources and Admin Officer, Kiran Afridi supports vital HR functions, including payroll, benefits, contracts, recruitment, and related functions of the organization. Kiran joined PHR as a Human Resources Administrator contractor in August 2023.
With a diverse background spanning retail and hospitality, Kiran has a proven track record of successfully managing projects such as HRIS implementations, elevating employee engagement, and serving as a pivotal member in DE&I initiatives.
Kiran holds a BBA in Human Resources Management from Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business and is actively pursuing her SHRM Certification. Beyond her professional pursuits, Kiran, a native Pashtun, is fluent in Urdu and Hindi. As an older sister, she values mentorship and leadership, embodying a holistic approach to fostering inclusive workplaces.
